Successfully defended client charged with Driving While Intoxicated while traveling at 110-120 miles per hour, running a red light and squealing tires while turning at an intersection. The jury rendered a unanimous verdict of NOT GUILTY.

Obtained DISMISSAL from the Judge of my client’s Driving While Intoxicated case with a breath test of 0.14 after a jury was empanelled.  My client then became eligible to expunge the DWI from his criminal history and retain a clean record.
